HEALTHY BREAKFASTS

I am trying to stray away from just eating cereal for breakfast. Growing up that was always my go to because it was fast and I figured I could just sleep longer. Honestly, I'm kind of getting sick of cereal. It doesn't taste as good as it used to and since I nanny this summer, I tend to make and eat breakfast with the girls I nanny. I decided to take some pictures of what my meals are starting to look like Monday- Friday. I'll describe what each one it too!

Monday: Scrambled eggs and strawberries. I've been LOVING scrambled eggs even more than normal lately, so they have really been a go to. They're so easy to make!

Tuesday: Just some simple peanut butter toast and a cut up banana. I think peanut butter and bananas go together perfectly! Especially when you put a slice of banana on the toast!

I can't just take out cereal completely!! BUT, this is just a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats. They're still very healthy, but also have a delicious taste.

Thursday: I told you I'm obsessed with scrambled eggs right now. As a change from Monday, I added some blueberries instead of strawberries. Just as good!

Friday: I knew that I would be having an early lunch on Friday, and I wasn't starving, but instead of skipping the most important meal of the day altogether, I decided to just have some cut up fruit!

I wanted this to give you all an insight as to what I kind of eat for breakfast during a week of work or school year. Hopefully this can help/inspire some of you to make some better eating choices and to not skip breakfast! After all, it is the most important meal of the day!
